By using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. By submitting information about you on or through this website or any forms or applications made available by or through this website, you hereby waive any and all privacy expectations with respect to use of such information and you are consenting to have your personal information transferred and processed throughout the world.

Registration Information is the information you submit to us to apply to take part in the “Top Chef” television program (the “Program”). Registration Information may include, for example, name, email address, gender, zip code and birthday.
Activity Information. When you access and interact with this website, we may collect certain information about those visits. For example, in order to permit your connection to the website, our servers receive and record information about your computer, device, and browser, including potentially your IP address, browser type, and other software or hardware information. The information is used to enable more accurate reporting, improve the effectiveness of our marketing, and make the website better for our users.
